Bradley: (with device) It,um… it says here that different clans have different rites, but most of the time they’re burned and their ashes stored in some special jar called an ung… ung-something that their families carry with them.

Bea: Well we can’t do that without risking being seen.

Sancho: Na, yer right, there. But what little I ken o’ goblins they dinnae care how you worship, just that you worship. So maybe we can bury her, put up a cairn. That’s what we do.

    it is really weird that the sneaky assassin is from a race that literally glows in the dark. i guess thousands of years is enough time to work around handicaps though

    • All elves glow, and are nocturnal. Also, she is a shapeshifter. So either: 1) she is at home, spying on her own kind, and is in a crowd of people that are also all glowing. 2) she is at home spying on her own kind and is perched somewhere as a bird or something watching things. 3) she is at home spying on her own kind and is sneaking around during the day when everyone is asleep. 4) she is in the Mortal Lands and can shift into anything she needs to.

      For those spies and assassins who do NOT have shapeshifting powers, there are disguises, magic scrolls/potions/amulets, etc that can hide you. The Guild has a lot of funding and can afford all kinds of cool magicky shit.
