Bradley rejoins the party with the ring of keys, allowing Lysander to begin freeing the other prisoners. But it seems Sancho's keys do not open the next gate.

He knows full well Bea and Sancho would have run off without releasing any of the prisoners.

Lysander: (shouting to behind him) None of these work on this gate! Sancho, give me yours!

(they trade places)
Bea: (nervous, arrow notched to bow) Why don’t they work?!

(lock clicks on a cell door of a man with grey hair and a scarred face. Like the Man-at-arms in Darkest Dungeon)

Lysander: Every gate will have a different lock. For security. If we’re lucky, the cell doors will all be the same.

Sancho: (at gate lock) Fookin’ell…

Lysander: Wait, we have to release all the prisoners first.
