Turns out it was a big barn owl and everyone has a laugh at how frightened they were over a bird and then monsters come and eat them the end.

It’s at this point in the story when everyone just nopes the fuck out of there and goes home and curls up on the couch under a big blanket to watch netflix because fuck this.
