One of the earliest methods of dental care was chewing on the end of a stick until the end was frayed (preferably cedar or pine, as they have an antibacterial resin, but anything will do in a pinch) and then brush with the frayed end.
I was wracking my brains for panel 6 trying to figure out how depict the head changing direction in a single panel. I’ve seen it done before, but I have no idea how real artists do it, or even how to describe it to look it up. So this was the best I could come up with. Not the greatest, but hey, as we all know by now, I am the best at arts. But you get the idea.
