So as you may or may not have guessed, I’m not a terribly religious person. I have no problems with gods, it’s organized religion I can’t stand. So I was puzzled on what to do for an Easter post.

Easter isn’t just a day when bunnies somehow change their genetic structure and lay chocolate filled eggs all over your yard (although that’s somehow part of it. And I certainly have no problems with chocolate.) It’s also a time of rebirth. Not just some dude with a really crappy respawn time, but nature as well. The world is reborn after the winter death, flowers come out, children are born, and the time draws near when I have to start shaving my legs again. Life begins anew.

That’s where this picture comes in. It’s the rebirth of a troubled world. Many fantasy worlds die with their creator, or they are locked in an unchanging loop where nothing ever evolves. So I thought it’d be nice to have a world that DOESN’T die, that changes with time, that evolves and grows.

Or maybe I just wanted an excuse to draw a punk brownie. That little guy is fucking awesome.
